We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Marketing Intern to develop and grow our POS strategy in our offline channels. A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. He or she will be creative, analytical, customer centric, resourceful, team oriented, an effective communicator, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Kindle projects across Europe marketplaces and work with a cross-functional team of business, marketing, technology, design and operations managers.
• Support the local Kindle Offline Retail team and work directly with the Channel Marketing Manager and Account Management to develop and execute new POS solutions
• Work on Pan European projects with the other teams to ensure a best-in-class execution for the DE locale
• Collaborate with our external field teams to ensure optimal execution in the retail outlets with store checks
• Work with our external agencies to develop new materials and creatives as well as ensure that the amazon style guidelines are met
• Analyze the results of POS activities in the different offline channels and derive a clear ROI message
• Be comfortable in getting hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done
• Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here at Amazon

• Communications – effective written and spoken communications skills in German and English
• Marketing focus
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills and networking abilities
• Passion for Devices and Technology Business level command of the English language.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelors program
• Understanding of advertising in the offline sphere (POS advertising, OOH, print advertising)
