Your responsibilities as an Amazon Publishing Vendor Manager (80% of the job):

• Provide general support in onboarding new vendor accounts
• Build internal and external reports to drive new vendor selection.
• Working with external partners, contributes to the timely delivery of digital assets to ensure "in stock" on the first possible time and date where we have the rights to sell
• Coordinat with accounts payable and vendor payments to ensure agreement terms are executed accurately.

Your responsibilities as an Amazon Publishing business analyst (20% of the job):

• Responsible for sales and data reports activity; responsible for business review metrics in coordination with Lux team in charge of Business Intelligence
• Build internal and external metric reports
• Help the vendor managers in improving vendor selection by providing related data and analysis.

Anforderungen

• Experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment; proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen (strong bias for action).
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Business level command of the English language.
  • Enrolled at a Bachelor Program

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
• Past experience with digital technologies, media, and e-commerce
• Savvy in using tools like MS Excel/SQL, database software and content-management systems
