Summary Overview of Responsibilities:
Help Amadeus implementing automation on its systems and processes.
 
Major Responsibilities:
At Amadeus we make it possible for the world to travel seamlessly
by working with the newest technologies.
Even if we are really good at what we do, at 1 billion transactions
per day we need to increasingly rely on automation to make sure
people arrive to their destinations in a fast, secure and comfortable
manner. That is why we are continuously building up on the newest
technologies. In this position you will be an integral part of the
implementation of a new automation service at company level. You
will be focusing on implementing new routines in testing and
production systems, in close coordination with our engineers and
operators. You will discussing processes, systems and above all
how to code the needed automation behaviours. Your point of
contacts are specialist located all over the world in the main
central hubs of Amadeus.

Anforderungen

Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

• Student in a Fachhochschule or similar, preferably in the 4th semester or later.
• Fluent in English

  Know How / Skills

• Basic understanding of Networks.
• Good understanding of Linux

 
  Relevant Job Experience

• Hands-on experience working with Java as well as scripting languages.
• Preferably Groovy knowledge.
• Examples of projects where you were involved (eg on GitHub) are a plus.
