Beckman Coulter develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical testing. Our diagnostic systems, found in hospitals and other critical care settings around the world, produce information used by physicians to diagnose disease, make treatment decisions and monitor patients. Scientists use our life science research instruments to study complex biological problems including causes of disease and potential new therapies or drugs.


We are looking for a working Student in Finance to support Finance Team with administrative and project-related activities.

Administrative:

• sorting and posting of incoming invoices
• verification of invoices
• accounting and posting of incoming invoices in Oracle
• maintenance of basic data in Oracle Project
• tracking of service delivery of external contractors in R&D
• maintenance and processing of database in Service
• translation of German working instructions, e.g. travel reimbursement for HRworks in English
• support of Fixed Asset Count in both Munich locations including Production
• support of Financial Year End closing, Statutory Reporting and annual audit by external auditor
• support of Project "electronic invoice approval process"

Anforderungen

• Basic knowledge in economics (BWL/VWL)
• Good MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Written and oral communication skills in German and English
