• Drive key areas of Marketing/PR related projects and work with a cross-functional team of business, marketing, technology, design and operations managers.
• Help build our Social Media presence, e.g. with the creation of Facebook posts that are highly engaging with our target group.
• Take accountability for driving and improving existing processes, e.g. around our deals activities.
• Measure and present external data including technology trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and other sources of data and research.
• Analyze and benchmark existing services for opportunities to improve the customer experience through all sales channels.
• Build strong internal relationships across Amazon. Influence internal teams to deliver the right results for the business.
• Help execute Online-Marketing Cooperations with internal and external partners

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support the German Kindle Content Team in driving demand and growing of our business. A successful candidate will have a strong bias for action, keen attention to details and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. He or she will be analytical, customer centric, resourceful, team oriented, an effective communicator, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. This is a highly visible internship position in one of the most exciting business areas of the company.

Anforderungen

• Currently enrolled in an educational program at bachelor or master level or graduated in the last three months;
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Proven track record of taking ownership;
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen (strong bias for action), willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes ability to use tools such as Excel); ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
• Strong affinity for digital technologies
• Highly detail oriented

• Past experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, and Online-Marketing
