  • Book and coordinate meetings, conference calls etc.
  • Prepare material, update and editing presentations
  • Travel arrangements
  • Register and update contacts in database
  • Contacts with portfolio companies, business partners, advisors, lawyers etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external conferences and events
  • Travel expenses, approving of invoices
  • Printing/filing documents
  • Member of the Assistant Team; teamwork and collaboration within the team, backing up for other team members when needed

  • experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered a benefit
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Skills in G-suite (google mail, google docs etc.) is a plus
