Stellenbeschreibung
- Organization and administration: organization of meetings and events, order IT and HSE equipment.
- Financial administration: handling of order requests and invoices in SAP
- Document management: updating and administrating of the document management systems
- Financial Project Control: preparation of budget latest estimates, based on data from the financial controlling, planned tasks/work packages, forecasts and the risk expectation.
- Risk Management: conduct, prepare and follow-up of risk workshops, maintain risk register and deliver input for the project and company risk reporting.
- Project Steering and Decision Making Processes: support the project manager in setting up the work packages, in the preparation of project steering group meetings and Project Health Checks (PHC) and support in following up recommendations.
- Project Practices and Processes: set up and maintain a Project specific handbook based on the Sequential Project Management Methodology (former VPMM) and other relevant documents and structures, prepare, conduct and follow-up lessons learned sessions.
- Management Reporting: collect the input from the project team for the different reports. Follow-up and monitor open actions.

Competences and Skills:
In this role the interpersonal skills are really important, since you will be dealing with complex and diverse project teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated open person with:
- Strong communication skills (active listening, empathy, open-mindedness)
- High degree of accuracy, self-initiative and reliability
- Organized and structured working style
Relevant experience in project work within various projects and/or Project Management Certification (IPMA-D, Prince 2) is required. As you work in an international environment you should have a strong verbal and written command of German and good knowledge of English.
